The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days, unless otherwise specified, without stating reasons, given that the right of withdrawal applies to the good or service ordered by the customer. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us in good time by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Specially ordered parts will not be reimbursed.
